The Inaugural Surf City Surf Dog Competition

Highlights:		Besides some rad ruffsters hanging 20 on some gnarly waves? Quadriplegic surfer, Patrick Ivison surfing with Ricochet, the 2nd place finisher in the Groms Large Dog class. Absolutely amazing story.
