Renting, selling, loaning, offering, or giving away any of the information you provide us would not be cool-we won't do it. As far as junk mail goes, if it's coming from us, we don't consider it junk at all. If you want to stop receiving updates about our discounts, specials, and new cool dog products for cool dog people (like you), all you have to do is send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org and say, "I'm not cool. Please stop offering me fantastic opportunities."
This is not something we joke about: under no circumstances will any of your credit card information be given out. No one on the One Eye Blue team has access to credit information once it is entered on our site. In the rare case that we conduct a transaction over the phone, we will promptly destroy any personal information given to us. We are as protective of your information as a Doberman Pinscher is with his new rawhide bone.
We utilize state of the art technology for shopping and ecommerce security. If you order a product from us, our software places your name in our secure/encrypted customer database. We never share any customer information with any 3rd parties for any reason except for fulfilling an order. For example, UPS requires shipping information to deliver merchandise purchased from One Eye Blue.
If you supply us with your telephone number or email address online, you may receive a customer service call regarding an order you placed. We will only contact you to ensure superior customer service and order delivery. We will not call for any marketing or promotional purposes. You can delete an e-mail, but not a phone call.
You can edit your personal information at any time on our site when logged into your account. If you wish to have all of your information deleted, please email us at email@example.com or call us at 1-310-606-1493.

We are always looking for the least expensive, but reliable way, to ship your products to you as quickly, and in the best condition, as possible. Unfortunately, we cannot control what happens to your order once it is in the hands of the shipping company. But if something should happen to your package at that point, we will work tirelessly to fix any problem.
Our shipping process is as follows:
After approval and verification of credit card information, all in-stock orders will be shipped out within 1-3 days of the time it is placed. Inconsistent data and billing information may delay your order, so please double check your information. If for any reason an order or part of an order cannot be shipped in that time period, we will notify you immediately.
Products that are being shipped direct from the manufacturer should be shipped in the same manner as in-stock items. Certain orders may require special processing due to limited quantities on particular items. One Eye Blue will notify customers who have placed orders for all drop-ship and out-of-stock items. On average, most items are shipped within 1 week. However, some items have longer lead times, including custom orders that may take up to 2 weeks. If you have any questions as to whether or not a particular item is a custom order, please feel free to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you should find anything wrong with your order, please notify us immediately and we will fix the problem as quickly as possible. At that moment you are our number one priority.
Here are a few things to note about shipping:
- We ship to the continental USA only.
- Please allow 4-10 business days for the shipment to arrive, unless otherwise notified.
- If your order includes items that are not in stock, our policy is to hold your order and ship everything together in one shipment. We will keep you informed if this is the case and will ship partial orders by request.
- In some cases, one or more of the items might ship directly from the manufacturer. This may mean you will receive two or more packages before receiving your full order.
- If you place an order for a backordered item, you will be notified as to when you can expect to receive it.
- Always notify us about any problems with your order. We recommend emailing us at email@example.com.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
We have a 30 day time limit on returns. The item must be in brand new, in unused condition, and returned with its original packaging to get a refund. We do not pay or refund shipping costs, nor do we accept returns or exchanges if the collar is the wrong size. PLEASE BE SURE YOU HAVE THE RIGHT SIZE BEFORE YOU ORDER. We don't guarantee that your dog is going to like everything we have. Our dogs do like every thing we have. However, if your dog doesn't like something, please do a good deed and donate it to your local rescue, they will love you for it.
Please follow these instructions to return something for a refund:
- Returned items must be in brand new condition to receive a refund. Absolutely no hair, dirt, slobber, or teeth marks.
- Pack the item(s) carefully into the original product packaging, if possible. Please include all the parts, instructions, and other bits and pieces.
- Please copy the invoice and send it with your return, if possible. If not, please provide the order number. We call it the Greyhound Principle
your refund will get there much faster.

Some notes to help you with a successful return:
Clean all hair from the items.
We suggest UPS or the Postal Service to return packages. We don't pay for return shipping.
Insure your packages! A refund will not be given for lost or damaged returns (it happens).
You'll receive a credit in the same form of payment originally used.
Please allow 5-7 days for delivery after the date of the return.
Any Items that are shipped in California will be charged the current California State sales tax rate. No tax will be charged for orders shipped outside of California.
